Working with me, you may find we talk through a challenge, learn a coping skill, maybe listen to a song, draw a picture, read a book, write something and then explore the feelings associated with the work.
My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, facilitating groups, and individual and family therapy for both children and adults. Sometimes just having someone to talk to can make all the difference but we will always work towards a goal.
