I have experience with all age groups treating a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, narcissistic abuse, ptsd, behavioral management, grief, and relationship struggles. I am passionate about complex trauma work & believe the number one healer of trauma is connection (most importantly connection to self).
I believe accessing internal resources through mindfulness and systemic awareness are what help heal the past, communicate in the present and focus on a hopeful future.
