I'm a person-centered therapist, meaning I'm flexible and prioritize treating my clients with the respect and empathy they deserve as we work together to process and overcome.
I work with teens and adults of all ages, and especially love working with college-aged clients. (I understand the unique layers of stress you're facing during this time!) Regardless of age, I offer support through depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma processing (I'm also trained in EMDR), self-esteem issues, low-motivation, parenting challenges, and more.
