My passion is working with women with trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety.
I will provide practical tools you can use day-to-day like mindfulness and deep breathing exercises. I take a holistic approach meaning we will talk about all aspects of well-being including physical, emotional, social and spiritual and how they are connected.
