Multifamily DBT group
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based form of cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescents and adults who experience trouble managing their emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT groups) is 24 weeks in total for adolescents and an identified caregiver. Every 6 weeks a teaching module opens, and this is when new clients are able to begin the group.
