I'm both an Independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and Life Coach, often bringing elements of both to sessions. I've worked extensively with anxiety disorders, personality disorders, couples counseling, depression, as well as crisis and grief counseling, and processing through major life transitions.
