I am passionate about supporting those ready and willing to face the trials and traumas that we all experience on some level. I love working with individuals seeking support to create change in their lives. It is easy to get stuck and we often hold onto past traumas and hurts that can create mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dis-ease. Finding your way back to self is critical in living a heart centered life and that is my hope for you. Healing is possible and we are not meant to walk this path alone. I have significant experience working with adoption and attachment related issues with teens, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, autoimmune and other health related issues. I have worked with families for many years as well. I am also approved to do Pyschological Evaluations for Bariatric Weight Loss Surgery.
I am passionate about helping clients that are willing and ready to step into their truth and light. My down to earth and honest approach will create a safe environment to explore the root cause of the struggles you may be facing. I truly believe our body, mind and souls are capable of complete healing if given the opportunity to do so.

Womens Equine Therapy Support Group
This group is for women looking to build community with one another as they gain support, healing and time in a beautiful outdoor environment to work on healing and growth through the use of partnering with horses. This group is supportive of those addressing and healing from trauma, PTSD and DV. This specific group is covered through a grant for those that qualify financially for assistance.
