We help families, couples, and individuals who are struggling. We offer them help when they are working through personal struggles, family concerns, the difficult teen years, emotional/behavioral issues, or other difficult life circumstances. This includes circumstances including depression, anxiety, self harming behavior, suicidal ideation, family communication issues, trauma, etc. We know this process can be scary and I commend you for starting it!
We offer a variety of therapeutic services including family, adolescent, and individual therapy. We have specialists in house who work with families, adolescents, children, and adults. We use varying modalities to include CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma focused, and systems theory.
