We help families, couples, and individuals who are struggling. We offer them help when they are working through personal struggles, marriage/couple difficulties, family concerns, the difficult teen years, emotional/behavioral issues, or other difficult life circumstances. This process can be scary and I commend you for starting it! We accept Anthem/BCBS, Optima, and Tricare. We are currently open to new clients!
We offer a variety of therapeutic services including family, adolescent, individual, and couples therapy. We have specialists in house who work with families, adolescents, children, and adults. This includes various life circumstances including depression, anxiety, self harming behavior, suicidal ideation, family communication issues, trauma, etc.
We have several military spouses on staff, who understand the difficulties and specific concerns the military lifestyle bring to the table. We also have an Art Therapist, Couples Therapist, and several Family Therapists. We are here to help you, we know how hard it can be, and we are ready to work with you through this process.
