I am able to help clients struggling with ADHD, Bipolar, Depression, Trauma, Addiction (either struggling with addiction or families that have a loved one struggling with addiction), Anger, Parenting struggles, Isolation, Relationship problems, Anger, Mood disorders, Personality disorders, and other issues. I help support my client with meeting their goals. I believe in adapting the process to best meet your needs. I meet my clients where they are and I offer flexibility in the process as we work together. Together, we can meet your goal!
I offer CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy approach. I focus on using Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal skills in our session. I also am able to help you with ongoing support in between sessions if you need it! I do offer crisis sessions. I also can meet during the evening or Saturday/Sunday appointments are available.
