NOT currently accepting new clients. For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for helping people, and I feel privileged to provide assistance to people through counseling. As a counselor, I come from a place of non-judgement, empathy, hope, and understanding. My goal is to help each individual or couple get from where they are to where they would like to be. My areas of interest include trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+, and abuse. I have had training in EMDR. I currently work with individual adults and couples.
I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at Portland State University. I received my Masters of Counseling degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University in Meridian. I am recognized by the state of Idaho as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband, our dogs, and our family. I enjoy reading, swimming, and going for walks. I’m looking forward to meeting you :)
