For over 20 years I've enjoyed helping individuals and the people they love to learn from life's most difficult challenges and evolve into happier, wiser families who can laugh and grow together. I believe that our support systems as well as our inner personal strengths can be our greatest instruments toward well-being. Together, we will work on finding practical solutions in a supportive and caring environment. I tailor treatment to address each client's unique needs, and I maintain a hopeful, positive approach to therapy.
Both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked in the areas of relational issues, trauma, complex mental health issues, behavioral issues, disabilities, parenting, co-parenting, surviving infidelity, blended families, divorce, mood, post-partum, self-worth, and motivation.
My experiences have led me to provide consultation to area organizations, and to teach at UMass Lowell. I am honored to be a part of the healing process for my clients.
