I am incredibly passionate about mental health, and my greatest desire is to support individuals on their mental health journey. I wholeheartedly believe in fostering trusting relationships with all my clients and providing a safe, non-judgmental space where they can freely reflect and grow.
My approach is centered on understanding each client’s strengths and meeting them right where they are. I firmly believe in treating the complete person, integrating various therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
In my individual sessions with adults (18 and up), I pay close attention to addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, life transitions, stress management, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.
