I am a certified IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist, have completed EMDR training, and am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher.
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I enjoy working with individuals from a systemic perspective. My professional qualifications include: Levels 1, 2 and 3 trained and certified IFS and EMDR trained therapist. These modalities, in addition to my yoga and meditation practice, allow me to work with the whole self - body, mind, heart and spirit.
