I’m Todd McCarty, LCSW, and I offer an effective therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS). We’ll work through barriers to help you understand your emotions and what’s happening inside. Over time, this can help you feel more like yourself again and find a new direction in life. We can also work on communication skills to connect better with people.
My role as collaborative guide will help you understand yourself in deeper ways. I have seven years of clinical expertise assisting in resolving many issues, plus five years experience teaching men emotional intelligence skills.
