I am a board-certified licensed clinical counselor who has 15+ years experience. I received my Master's degree in mental health conseling from Capella University, which is now Adler University. I work with adults and provide care for patients who struggle with anxiety and depression. I enjoy reading, organizing, and walking my 2 dogs. Spending time with my family, especially my 2 grandchildren is important to me.
