I use a variety of approaches including neurofeedback, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, play therapy, sand tray, & brainmapping to work with young kids, youth, & adults. The type of approach may vary depending on the age and needs of the client. Aspire Counseling provides a safe space to address whatever is happening in life without fear or judgement.
