I create a therapeutic space that emphasizes unconditional positive regard and uses modalities that increase the client’s inner peace, autonomy, and positive core beliefs to promote healing and growth. I also utilize brainspotting techniques to decrease emotional trauma, decrease emotions "stuck in the body", and process difficult anxieties.
