Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
MRT is an evidenced-based group therapy that utilizes a 12 step model. It is focused on improving morality, decision-making, healing relationships and goal setting for the future. We offer MRT for general criminogenic issues, substance use disorders and a specialized MRT group for sexual behavior problems. All groups meet virtually on Zoom. Current groups: General MRT Fridays 2pm, MRT Sexual Behavior Problems Fridays 11am and Saturdays 9am.

Breaking the Chains of Trauma (BCT)
Breaking the Chains of Trauma (BCT) is an evidenced-based group therapy program that utilizes trauma-informed treatment approach to assist individuals to relieve distress, address past trauma, and heal emotional, mental & spiritual wounds. Separate men's and women's groups are available. Groups meet for 8 sessions, every other Monday at 4pm virtually, on Zoom.

Women's Infidelity & Betrayal Group
A therapeutic support group for women to process thoughts, feelings & emotions related to partner’s who have been unfaithful or have betrayed the relationship. The group will also read the book State of Affairs by Esther Perel. This group meets twice monthly at 11am on Zoom.
