I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help people struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma. I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for PTSD.
