Navigating life can be challenging and stressful, and along the way, many of us need support in managing these challenges. I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families through various life transitions. My approach to therapy is always collaborative, and client(s) centered. I believe feeling comfortable, understood, and validated is the foundation for successful therapy. I'm passionate about helping clients untangle and unlearn old patterns of behavior while offering useful and alternative skills for new behaviors.
I will guide clients through their healing journey by offering a supportive and informative understanding of anxiety, depression, relational issues, and the effects of traumatic events. Much of my therapeutic orientation is through a trauma-informed lens because I understand how traumatic events impact all areas of a person's life.
I am Certified in Level 1 Gottman-Method Couples Therapy and Level 1 Emotion- Focused Therapy. I specialize in working with people from diverse communities and intersectional identities.
