I have a deep passion for and training in working with Eating Disorders, Betrayal Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression. When your relationships involve addiction, emotional abuse, or betrayal trauma, much of the focus can leave you feeling betrayed and left behind. I also help individuals navigate their relationships with themselves, food, and their bodies.
I know firsthand how difficult this road is, having faced and overcome several of the challenges I now specialize in. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space for all of my clients.
