An ideal client is one that has the courage and strength to come therapy in the first place! Anyone is capable of change, as long as you work towards it. Everyone goes through hard times, and sometimes we just need an unbiased third party to be there to support us. It is my goal to be that support for all of my potential clients.
I have experienced anxiety, depression, and ADHD myself, so I can relate to that on a personal level as well as a professional one. Individuals that suffer from these conditions often experience intense/overwhelming feelings. Together we can come up with techniques to help calm those intense emotions.
