I'm here to provide a safe space for you to work through the challenges going on in your life. I work with you throughout therapy, side by side, one step at a time. I am currently accepting new clients in California and Texas.
I provide you with skills to manage the challenges you're facing, as well as work with you to identify and understand where the root causes are coming from and why they are occurring. Learning these skills creates short-term relief and understanding the origin of your struggles, creates long-term growth. I'm here with you, step by step along the way.
