I take a non-pathologizing approach and meet my clients with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. I recognize you are the expert in your life and I hope to come alongside you in a way where the two of us can help you reach your therapeutic goals by accessing your inner strength and resilience.
I approach my clients from a client-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens. I am IFS-informed, a certified trauma therapist, and have advanced training in EFT and couples work.
