I am passionate at providing therapy services to individuals, couples, adolescents and families, during major life changes, working through loss or trauma, or relationship stress . I utilize a variety of therapy interventions. Due to my belief in your ability to find your own answers, I see my role as a facilitator. I will provide objective guidance, challenge and support. I will listen without judgment, while helping you to tackle life's challenges.
Together we can begin to identify your strengths and interests before exploring effective decision-making strategies. We may explore any of your feelings, relationships, or health issues and develop concrete goals to be successful in the future.
