Hi, I am Ashley! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth only services with L & C Therapy. I have over 12 years of experience working with the birth to five population, and children, teens and young adults. I enjoy working with young children and their families so I can offer a hand in helping parents grow happy, healthy children while also offering assistance in helping grow happy, confident parents. Not only can I meet with children individually but I can also offer parenting support and coaching.
I am friendly, welcoming, nonjudgmental, respectful, honest and a safe place for people to explore their mental health concerns and goals. I have training in different modalities and treatment approaches so I can meet you where you are at and offer tools and strategies that help you become successful in meeting your treatment goals.
I work with populations ranging from those with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, adjustment concerns, regulation needs, and with those that need some additional support in organizing their thoughts and feelings. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary. I offer a collaborative team approach with your needs, preferences, and strengths at the forefront.
