I aim to help you navigate traumatic events by empowering you, improving self-image, and processing strong emotions. It is important to know there is no wrong way to feel. My mission is to help you find practical solutions to ease the stress of daily life and to build resilience and strength.

I specialize in treating PTSD, depression, and anxiety disorders. With previous experience working in doctor’s offices, partial hospitalization programs, and abuse shelters I bring an understanding of how difficult it is to reclaim your sense of self after a traumatic incident.
