I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am Accelerated Resolution Therapy Advanced Certified which works to reprogram the way distressing memories are stored in the brain. I specialize in healing individuals and families. I have worked with children and adults in a school setting, agency and private practice settings.
We will take this time to learn about you and your journey throughout your life and your goals during our times of meeting together. I use a multitude of proven therapy modalities during each session to be creative about finding what will work best for you.
