Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by recent changes in your life, or just want to function better? I help clients navigate changes in their life and discover long term ways to manage their overall mental health. I work well with adult 18 + clients who are experiencing a life transition (starting/graduating college, career change, recent marriage), depression/anxiety, chronic medical issues (or recent diagnosis) or those in helping professions. As a mixed-raced person, I also enjoy exploring the many intersectional layers that come with trying to understand our own identity.
Through a integrative therapeutic approach we will create a therapy plan designed for you. My therapeutic style is warm ,reflective, and accepting. I will use humor in therapy regularly, and provide a non judgmental environment to explore difficult topics. I hope to highlight your strengths as well provide skills and tools to help decrease stress.
