I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families and have worked with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues such as but not limited to anxiety, depression, OCD, parenting skills, relationship issues, trauma, and women’s issues.
While I have worked with people of all faith backgrounds, I provide Christian counseling if requested, in which Christian-centered psychotherapy, prayer and biblical-centered wisdom from the Bible is incorporated in the counseling process.
I believe the theoretical approach and techniques used in therapy can differ depending on the person, therefore I adjust to align with my client and their specific needs.
