Hello! I am a Resident in Counseling who holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Michigan. My career journey began as a teacher in Fairfax County Public Schools. Through this experience, I engaged with children and families from diverse backgrounds, fostering a wealth of knowledge and understanding that I am able bring into my practice. My clinical focus lies in assisting children and adolescents who are grappling with anxiety, life transitions, and ADHD.
My therapeutic techniques focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child-Centered Play Therapy to aid even my youngest clients. I am committed to cultivating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for my clients, ensuring they feel at ease in sharing their experiences and emotions.
I offer both in-person and online services. Please feel free to reach out to my office when you are ready!
