Hey there! My name is Ashley and I am an EMDR trained, Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the behavioral health field for almost 9 years. In each session, I enjoy utilizing an evidence-based, person-centered and solution-focused approach. This allows us to get you to your highest level of functioning at a pace you are most comfortable with while providing a compassionate nudge that is sometimes needed.
