If you're dealing with anxiety, stress, sadness, loneliness, or the many difficulties that accompany physical pain/illness, I am here to help.
I can help you with building awareness of these difficulties, learning effective coping skills so that you can manage current and future stressors, and regaining a sense of hope. Some of the evidence-based therapies I utilize include CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBSR depending on your unique needs and goals.
