Experiencing anxiety is a normal part of life, but sometimes it can start taking over your life, and this is when therapy can help. Sometimes it is hard to know what to do, or hard to do what we want when we are overwhelmed by certain fears, feelings or ideas. This too is when therapy can help. Whether you or your child is experiencing anxiety that is causing distress and limiting life, I would love to work with you. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, which will be driven by your needs, desires, and motivations.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with all kinds of anxiety and OCD, as well as early childhood behavior problems and school issues. I am passionate about using evidence based treatments, while also creating a safe, compassionate space for talking, questioning, healing and growing.
