I have 5 years of experience as a mental health counselor working at a community metal health agency. I have worked with diverse populations and from age 3 up to adults. I use several different approaches depending on the clients needs. My most used approaches include CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.

I am very person centered in my approach with clients so I like to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each client and create a treatment plan individualized to them that best suits their needs and goals in counseling.
