Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York. I received my Masters from New York University in New York and have been practicing for 4 years. I help a wide range of clients such as children, adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, with the goal of helping them live a more fulfilling life.
Our first session together would be considered the "intake session." During this session, we'll start with a brief introduction, then explore the specific challenges you're struggling with. This will help to create a more tailored and best fit plan for us to work with during follow-up sessions.
My experience as a teacher has led me to understand the fact that there are many different obstacles that children face each day, and that it is important for them to be provided with a safe space to express themselves and cope with their traumas.
