It can be challenging to feel beaten down and struggle with scary, intrusive, and unwanted repetitive distressing thoughts. Using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I work to empower motivated clients seeking specialized and goal-oriented therapy for anxiety, perfectionism, overthinking, & OCD. It is my goal to help clients gain freedom from feeling trapped in their fears, worries, & obsessions.

In counseling sessions with me, clients can gain the skills to identify and confront the negative thought patterns and beliefs fueling their anxiety.
