We offer a Therapeutic After School program M-F, as well as In-Person and Telehealth Services. We work with Children, Families, and Individuals for Therapy and Targeted Case Management. As founder of Sustainable Family Services in Florida, I am proud that our comprehensive team has the ability and expertise to offer both online and in-office counseling opportunities. Our Therapeutic After School program is covered by many Medicaid plans.
Our interventions include play and Art Therapy, Gardening, Essential Oils, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Therapeutic Urban Chickens! Therapeutic After School Program
Youth ages 4-17 work on individualized plans that address mental health, behavior problems, school readiness, and life skills. Providers include Licensed and Master's Level mental health professionals, as well as Behavior Specialists. We address social, emotional, cognitive, and physiological development using creative, outdoor, and artistic interventions.
