The pressure of being a woman in today’s society can be challenging, even for the most successful. The idea that we have to “do it all” in order to “have it all” can be overwhelming. I use a combination of support, encouragement, guidance, and accountability, through ACT, CBT, and other therapeutic models. I will help you discover the strength within you and the right tools to envision and live the life you want.
