I'm so glad you're here! Anxiety about therapy is a normal feeling almost everyone experiences. I have personally engaged in therapy services, which had a significant and positive impact on my life. I want those who are working towards their healing journey to know that they are not alone. Every day I look forward to seeing my clients and strive to understand them and celebrate their progress. My true goal is to help people heal and feel empowered to take back control of their lives. As your therapist, you go at your own pace in a warm, non-judgmental environment.
I specialize in working with primarily children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience in the following issues: Childhood trauma and PTSD, Behavioral management of children and adolescents, Positive parenting techniques, Family conflict, Eating disorders/body image issues, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and Body-focused repetitive behaviors.
Being a therapist has given me the opportunity to be a part of a child's life in such a powerful way by helping them believe in themselves, knowing their strengths, and finding their own voice through healthy expression of their thoughts and feelings.
