I strive to maintain a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment in order to establish a positive therapeutic relationship.
I have previous experience working in private practice and the inpatient setting. I practice EMDR Therapy and received my EMDR Training Certificate of Completion from the Maiberger Institute, an EMDRIA approved provider of EMDR Trainings.
As a client-centered therapist, my treatment approach focuses on the individual needs of each person in order to assist them in reaching their goals. I utilize a range of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most beneficial and comfortable for each individual person.
