Through the use of psychoeducation, problem solving, and active listening, it is my goal to assist you in improving your quality of life.
I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, substance abuse, and trauma. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and I offer a solution-focused approach when working with clients who wish to target a specific area of concern.
Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship between clients and therapists is one of the key elements in my practice. I am very empathetic and provide a welcoming approach. I hope to talk with you soon!
