I am particularly passionate about assisting clients in finding and addressing the root cause of their present-day symptoms and relationship cycles, and I enjoy working with attachment concerns in adults, teens, and couples. I have experience utilizing mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other techniques that can help transform traumatic experiences into strength and confidence.
I have received specific training and clinical supervision in Humanistic Therapy for attachment wounds, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. I also provide gender-affirming care and assistance with gender exploration and transition steps. Additionally I have experience and training working with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy.
