I understand that Behavioral Health treatment is not “One Size Fits All”. Which is why I use various evidence based treatment methods (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Moral Recognition Therapy) to help my clients navigate their feelings and set them on a path to wellness.
Traditionally, my focus has been in addiction and childhood/family trauma-including adult children of alcoholics-but, I am equally passionate about providing treatment for adults struggling with any number behavioral health concerns.
