I specialize in individuals who suffer from behavior, social, mental, and emotional barriers. My educational and clinical experience has equipped me with years of training analyzing behavior and mental disorders along with social and emotional adjustment. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling. Through my experience as a counselor I have gained competencies in mental processes and disorders and various therapeutic techniques such as behavior modification techniques, positive self-talk, coping skills, mindfulness, anger-management skills, and much more. I have a strong passion to educate and sow into the life's of others.
I work from a solution-focus perspective with the goal of empowering each client. My goal as a clinician is to inspire and motivate each individual. I actively engage the minds of each client by incorporating a variety of manipulative, enjoyable activities, and cooperative projects. Individualize sessions are tailored to meet the diverse need of each client.
I provide a proactive, comprehensive, and safe environment to address individual’s needs and support their personal growth.
