NOT Accepting new clients. My ideal client is someone ready to go beyond just talking about problems, and instead, dive deep within themselves to heal. In my 12 years of clinical practice, I have observed that true and lasting healing must involve the mind. body, and soul. As a Yoga Therapy Teacher-in-Training, I believe that somatic work is crucial to deeper healing. I also emphasize the importance of meditation, mindfulness, and spirituality. In my office or virtually, I offer a safe space, an empathic heart, and a variety of brain-based, trauma-centered modalities.
EMDR and Brain Spotting are my two favorite modalities, and both can be done virtually. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant in Training (CIT). I believe that in order to heal, people need to feel safe and supported. My healing style focuses on finding your internal strength, shedding old negative beliefs about yourself that no longer serve you.
