Welcome, I am Ashley, a Florida native. I specialize in trauma treatment designed to help you heal. Trauma from betrayal, sex addiction, porn addiction, abusive marriages, childhood sexual abuse, family of origin, divorce and everything in between. I am trained in EMDR, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, CSAT, Level 1 Gottman, and IFS informed. EMDR is the most powerful tool to help you heal from your trauma. Trauma shows up in all of us at some point in our lifetime. Symptoms of flashbacks, anxiety, avoidance, sleep disturbances, mood shifts, frequent crying, and negative beliefs about ourselves. Through EMDR we CAN heal.
I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and specialize in working with betrayed partners and their spouses. Porn, affairs, sex and love addiction treatment. My team and I, will help walk the couple through sobriety, recovery, and formal disclosure process with a verified eye detect. Followed by long term couples therapy.
I have a passion for helping women empower themselves, to know their worth, and to stand up for mutuality and respect in marriages. Helping women identify the difference between difficult marriages vs abusive marriages and advocating for healthy change. Its my honor to walk with women as they navigate confusing marriages and making sense of it all.
