Are you or your child struggling with life transitions or having trouble coping? Is school, work, or finding the perfect balance in your life causing you stress? I am passionate about supporting people through difficult transitions in their lives. This can come in a variety of forms whether it be adjusting to a new job or school, parenting, relationships, being diagnosed with a serious illness or disability, or the day-to-day challenges of living with anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, mood, and behaviors, and in turn, help you to better manage and cope.
I have years of experience providing support and counseling both in a private practice and large hospital setting. I have worked with many schools/teachers to help address ongoing concerns, and create a comfortable and welcoming environment unique to each child’s social and emotional needs. I also provide parent coaching to help reduce familial tension.
Therapy offers a space for us to work together to address the obstacles standing in your way of being your best self, and to create more balance and fulfillment in your life and/or your child's life. No one should ever feel alone as they try to navigate, cope, and manage the obstacles standing in the way of you or your child feeling the better.
