I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am trained in EMDR and Gottman Method (Level One). I also use aspects of Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and parts work of Internal Family Systems. I have basic and advanced training in Child-Centered play therapy and also utilize sand tray and art.
